Citizen Hearing On Disclosure 'UFO Truth Is Out There' - Apr 30, 2013

Vasily Yeremenko: Former KGB agent reveals Soviet UFO studies

The Soviet Union took UFOs seriously. The KGB and the Soviet Defence Ministry had dedicated units collecting and analysing information about paranormal activity. Military experts even claimed to know how to "summon" UFOs and make contact with them.

 Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev was recently asked an unusual question. A REN TV correspondent asked him, as a former president, if it was true that, together with the nuclear briefcase, the head of state was presented with a classified folder with materials about UFOs.

Dmitry Medvedev said this was true. According to the prime minister, in addition to the folder, the head of state was presented with a report from the secret services, whose task it was to control the aliens on Russian territory. When asked by journalist if there were many aliens living among us, Medvedev refused to elaborate, “so as not to create a panic.” However, he did suggest that those interested in the subject watch a "documentary chronicle" called "Men in Black.".

It happened at end of March, at the Zigel Readings conference named after Felix Zigel – a Soviet astronomer and mathematician who is largely credited with being the founder of ufology in Russia. This biannual event has been held in Moscow for more than 20 years and is devoted to the study of paranormal phenomena.

For many years, reports of UFO sightings were treated in the Soviet Union as non-science, or fiction not worthy of attention from serious scientists. Only a few enthusiasts like Felix Zigel realized that those facts needed to be studied seriously. In the 1960s, Zigel delivered many public lectures on the topic, thus prompting volunteers to join in the task of collecting information on unidentified flying objects.

The watershed moment for the official attitude toward UFOs came in 1978, when hundreds – if not thousands – of people in Petrozavodsk witnessed a strange luminous object in the sky for several hours. The local emergencies services were inundated with letters and calls from frightened members of the public. Even neighboring countries asked the Soviet Union to explain what mysterious military exercise it was holding.

The last straw was a letter from the academic Aleksandrov – the founding father of Soviet nuclear power plants – claiming that it would be a mistake to keep ignoring this issue. According to him, it was necessary to set up special programs to study these phenomena.

The source for this story is a retired FSB major general and researcher with an Academy of Security, Defense and Law and Order Issues, Vasily Yeremenko. At the time, Yeremenko - X-files was in charge of the KGB division overseeing the air force and aircraft manufacturing. It was his division that was entrusted with the task of collecting all reports of UFO sightings.

By that time, as Yeremenko told RBTH, there had been an accumulation of reports on numerous paranormal incidents. Missile Troops units were even instructed on how to behave in the event that they spotted a UFO: the main thing was not to act in a way that could create an opportunity for a retaliatory aggression.

In the early 1980s, an experiment to "summon" a UFO was staged at a military range in Astrakhan Region. By then, experts had realized that UFOs were frequently sighted in areas of "heightened tension" – for instance, during weapons tests, or when there was a lot of military hardware gathered in one area.

"One could say that, during that experiment, we learned how to summon a UFO. To achieve that, there would be a sharp increase in the number of flights performed by combat aircraft and a lot of movement of hardware. Then UFOs appeared with a probability of nearly 100 percent," Yeremenko said. According to him, most of the objects looked like luminous spheres.

Over time, all the participants in the experiment became so used to these phenomena that they took them for granted. Some even tried to make contact with the objects. "It looked like this: a person on the ground would wave their arms, twice to the right and twice to the left. The ball in the sky would react to it by swinging twice to the right and then twice to the left. We had no idea how to explain that," said Yeremenko.

In the end, the military, together with the scientists who took part in the experiment, came to three main conclusions. First, these may be natural phenomena that modern science is not yet able to explain. Second, these may be U.S. or Japanese reconnaissance equipment. Finally, these may be extraterrestrial objects. A group of researchers worked for 13 years at the Human Genome Project (Project completed in 2003) indicate that they made an astonishing scientific discovery: They believe so-called 97% non-coding sequences in human DNA is no less than genetic code of extraterrestrial life forms.

Non-coding sequences, originally known as "junk DNA", were discovered years ago, and their function remained a mystery. The overwhelming majority of Human DNA is "Off-world" in origin.

After comprehensive analysis with the assistance of other scientists, computer programmers, mathematicians, and other learned scholars, Professor Chang had wondered if the apparently "junk Human DNA" was created by some kind of "extraterrestrial programmer".

Their research has led the scientists to conclude that we were invented "outside the solar system, already several billion years ago".

Aerospace engineer talks about Area 51 and the technology of UFOs

Since 1989, there are the stories about flying saucers at Nevada's mysterious Area 51 military base.

Two new books explore how the story has evolved over the past 24 years and whether there is any truth to the claims of former government scientist Bob Lazar, who says he worked near the secret base at Groom Lake.

 One book by Canadian researcher Grant Cameron, the writer of  UFOs, Area 51 and Government Informants alleges the Area 51 tale was part of a planned, but gradual, release of information to the public about the UFO subject.

Cameron said that formal disclosure by the government is unlikely, but that a program of gradual disclosure is underway, using mass media gradually releasing the core story, using fictionalized versions to protect classified material regarding national security, such as how they fly, how they outrun our jets," said Cameron.
"They want to protect that, but not have the public stuck back in 1947."

Cameron is expected to speak at the Atomic Testing Museum later this year. Tonight, another author, aerospace engineer T.L. Keller, will speak at the area 51 museum about his new book, which examines the technology of UFOs.

Keller worked for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory of NASA on a team researching interplanetary exploration and where he developed a computer system for interplanetary missions.

During a speech in 2011, Keller discussed the possibilities of the “super-secret” black projects that are tested in the area, and other technology that might just be harnessing alien propulsion technology. Keller also refers to a speech that Ben Rich gave in 1993 at UCLA about his work at Lockheed Martin. The retiring CEO told the audience, “If you can imagine it, then Lockheed-Martin has done it.”

Keller said that signaled that a lot of the science fiction devices that are depicted in movies are already being created, or have already been created.

The Guy Hottel 'UFO' Memo in FBI Vault

The Guy Hottel Memo: It’s the most popular file in the FBI Vault and over the past two years, this file has been viewed nearly a million times. 

The file in question is a memo dated March 22, 1950—63 years ago last week. It was authored by Guy Hottel, then head of the FBI office in Washington, D.C. Like all memos to FBI Headquarters at that time, it was addressed to Director J. Edgar Hoover and recorded and indexed in FBI records.

The subject of the memo was anything but ordinary. It related a story told to one of our agents by a third party who said an Air Force investigator had reported that three “flying saucers” were recovered in New Mexico.

The memo provided the following detail: “They (the saucers) were described as being circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50 feet in diameter. Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only three feet tall, dressed in metallic cloth of a very fine texture. Each body was bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed fliers and test pilots.”

After relaying an informant’s claim that the saucers had been found because the government’s “high-powered radar” in the area had interfered with “the controlling mechanism of the saucers,”

The memo ends simply by saying that “No further evaluation was attempted” concerning the matter by the FBI agent.

The Hottel memo isn’t new. It was first released publicly in the late 1970s and had been posted on the FBI website prior to the launch of the Vault in april 2011.

Some media outlets noticed the Hottel memo and erroneously reported that the FBI had posted proof of a UFO crash at Roswell, New Mexico and the recovery of wreckage and alien corpses, but the FBI denies that the Hottel Memo refers to the UFO crash at Roswell.

ARCHONS ‘interdimensional entities’ the negative controllers of humankind

Robert M. Stanley and Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, researcher and author Robert M. Stanley has advanced a multiversal hypothesis for the origin of Archons on our Universe.

Level Two - Noetic-Psychological

In Gnostic psychology, the noetic science of the Mystery Schools, Archons are an alien force that intrudes subliminally upon the human mind and deviates our intelligence away from its proper and sane applications. They are not what makes us act inhumanely, for we all have the potential to go against our innate humanity, violating the truth in our hearts, but they make us play out inhumane behavior to weird and violent extremes.

The ontological status of the Archons is dual: They exist as an alien species independent of humankind. They exist as a presence in our minds, rather like a set of programs operating in our mental environment. The risk they pose by invading our mental software is far greater than any physical risk they might pose by erratically breaching the biosphere.

Working through telepathy and suggestion, the Archons attempt to deviate us from our proper course of evolution. Their most successful technique is to use religious ideology to insinuate their way of thinking and, in effect, substitute their mind-set for ours.

Level three - Sociological

In the Gnostic view of human society, the Archons are alien forces that act through authoritarian systems, including belief-systems, in ways that cause human beings to turn against their innate potential and violate the symbiosis of nature. Gnostics taught that the Archons exploit our tendency to let our mistakes go uncorrected.

Because the Archons need human complicity to gain power over humankind, anyone who assists them can be considered a kind of Archon, an accessory.

How do humans assist the Archons?

One way (suggested in the Level Two definition) is by accepting the mental programs of the Archons — that is, adopting the alien intelligence as if it were human-based — and implementing those programs by actually enforcing them in society. Another way is by actively or passively conforming to the agendas so proposed and imposed.

Gnostics detected the humanized face of the Archons in all authoritarian structures and systems that deny authenticity and self-determination to the individual. Gnostics recognized, "the fundamentally corrupt character of all human enterprises and institutions: time, history, powers, states, religions, races, nations..."

Ultimately, they asserted the 'contention that all power – whatever kind it may be – is a source of alienation... All institutions, laws, religions, churches and powers are nothing but a sham and a trap, the perpetuation of an age-old deception.' This may seem like a dark view of human affairs, but given the evidence of history (not to mention current events), it cannot be said to be unfair or exaggerated.

Archons are intrapsychic mind-parasites

In discussing archness, author John Lash writes, "Although archons do exist physically, the real danger they pose to humanity is not invasion of the planet but invasion of the mind.

The archons are intrapsychic mind-parasites who access human consciousness through telepathy and simulation. Exploring archons in his new book, Wetiko: The Greatest Epidemic Sickness Known to Humanity, psychologist Paul Levy writes, "When people are infected by the wetiko virus, Forbes writes, they are “the host for the wetiko parasites.”

The wetiko germ is a psychic tapeworm, a parasite of the mind. Just like certain computer viruses or malware infect and program a computer to self-destruct, mind-viruses like wetiko can program the human bio-computer to think, believe and behave in ways that result in our self-destruction.

Wetiko is a virulent, psychic pathogen that insinuates thought-forms into our mind which, when unconsciously en-acted, feed it, and ultimately kills its host (us). It doesn’t want to kill us too quickly however, for to successfully implement its agenda of reproducing and propagating itself throughout the field, it must let the host live long enough to spread the virus.

Robert Stanley, has released a public statement about archons stating, “It is time to expose the covert controllers of mankind. These parasitic creatures are real and they need to be dealt with immediately so mankind can evolve to the next level of existence.

“Although these parasites are not human, they feed off the negative energy/emotions of humans.

Australian TV: The U.S. Military Has Worked With Aliens

In our previous article Aliens 'The Tall Whites' are among us we wrote that Charles Hall, a nuclear physicist, ex-military American weather specialist and author is touring Australia with his claims that the United States military has been in contact with an alien species for years.

Now the Australian TV airs an interview with Charles Hall. Mr. Hall himself witnessed interactions between the military and a group of mysterious tall, white, human-like extra-terrestrials at U.S. Bases.
